Learning Resources

HMS works with a range of leading music curriculum resource providers to support schools in accessing reduced‑cost, high‑quality digital learning tools that complement instrumental, vocal and classroom music provision.

Schools that purchased a digital learning resource (Sing Up, Charanga or MusicFirst) through HMS in 2025-26 will be contacted separately to confirm these services for 2026-27.

All other schools can request digital learning resources directly with the providers. The resources information page will be updated regularly with the most up to date options from leading providers.

Digital resources can support:

  • Classroom curriculum delivery and listening‑based learning

  • Composition and creative music‑making

  • Accessibility and inclusion, particularly for pupils with SEND

  • Practice, reinforcement and progression beyond taught lessons.

These resources enable pupils to revisit, consolidate and extend learning, supporting sustained musical development across the year.
