How to reset your Paritor password:
- Go to https://live.paritor.com/t/2067/.
- Click the ‘Can’t access your account?’ reset link.
- Enter your HMS email address (as User ID).
- Enter the image text caption. Click ‘Next’.
- Click ‘Email’ – this will send a code to your HMS email address. Keep the current browser window open.
- Enter the code, onto the Paritor webpage, which Paritor will email you.
- Create a new password.
Everyone needs to login first time through a web browser - click on the Paritor Live icon to the top right of this screen.
Use your Music Service email address Firstname.Surname@hertsmusicservice.org.uk
You were emailed a schooble password - enter this to login to Paritor.
Change your password to something more memorable.
Click HERE for reminders on setting up your pupils the first time. This must be done on the internet site. Once set up you can use the iPad app if you have one.

An iPad app is available, this will only work on iPad, not on any phone including iPhone. If you wish to use this, it's up to you but we are not providing support for the app, if you have problems please use Paritor through a browser instead. However, some teachers do find it useful as it can be used when you are offline. If you are having problems, it can sometimes work to delete the app and re-install it from the App Store. You will have to register the app again and download your schedules if you do this. Problems most often occur when there is an update either of the app or of ios. It does seem to work best if you keep up to date with the latest ios.
