Staff Logins

All Staff logins can be found in the column to the right of the screen.

For the website use firstname-surname

For Email, Paritor and Vision use firstname.surname@hertsmusicservice.org.uk

Problems logging in?

If you are having any problems logging in to Paritor, Vision or the Website, it can help to clear your browsing history.  Make a note of your passwords first!  How to do this varies from browser to browser, but try looking in the top right hand corner of your browser for settings and history.  In Internet Explorer and Edge it's a star symbol; in Chrome it;s an exclamation mark on an orange circle.

The Music Service is bound by County guidelines on electronic communication. It is therefore not possible to forward HMS emails to personal email accounts. You can, however, set up your smartphone/tablet to receive HMS emails following the directions above.
